Traveling the world has stimulated my palette with different flavors, textures and origins of sweets.

Before living in the beautiful cities of New York, Paris and Sydney, I spent my time studying and working in my family's restaurant. It was at an early age that the dream of owning my own pastry shop evolved.

Several years and a few countries later, I have come to settle in New York City and brought my love for French macarons along every step of the way.

Staying true to their original textures and ingredients, bisous, ciao. macarons. incorporates a different blend of worldly flavors and perfumes.

Each handcrafted macaron will take you back to the cobblestone streets of Paris and evoke that romantic feeling all from this sweet indulgence. . . and if you never had this experience, please let me lead the way.
